Launch your own DEX on Orderly’s shared orderbook using a no-code solution or SDK integration. Orderly One is the onboarding platform for both paths. If you are an API trader using a builder’s trading platform rather than launching your own, start from the Integration FAQs. You do not need to complete builder onboarding.

Choose your launch path

Both paths let you launch your own DEX on Orderly’s shared orderbook. Choose based on your frontend requirements and development resources.

Onboarding steps

1

Create your builder profile

Connect your wallet in Orderly One, verify ownership, and create your builder profile. Provide:
  • Builder name
  • Distributor code, if you were referred by a distributor
Creating your builder profile is free.
2

Set up your frontend (optional)

If you want to launch with the no-code solution, choose a white-label template, add your branding, and configure the available frontend options in Orderly One.Skip this step if you are building your own frontend with the SDKs. You can complete onboarding without creating a frontend in Orderly One.
3

Set your fee model

Choose your platform’s trading fees, subject to Orderly’s base fee for your builder tier.Use Trading fees for current rates and the Builder Staking Programme for tier requirements. See Custom Fees for fee configuration and integration details.
4

Get your broker ID

Pay the one-time $10 setup fee in USDC, USDT, or ORDER through Orderly One to get your broker ID. The broker ID identifies your platform on Orderly. The fee applies to both no-code and SDK builders. Paying it creates the broker ID, but admin-account registration is still required to complete setup.
5

Set up your admin account

Register your admin account in Orderly One after getting your broker ID. This completes setup, enables management of builder-level settings such as trading fees, and allows your platform to receive its earnings.
  1. Open the admin-account registration flow in Orderly One after your broker ID has been created.
  2. Choose how your team will control the admin account: Existing EOA wallet: An externally owned account (EOA) is a wallet controlled by a private key, rather than a smart contract. Use this option when one wallet will control the builder admin account and sign the wallet-authorized setup actions. Multisig delegation: Use this option when your team manages a multisig wallet with shared approval rules. Complete the multisig delegation steps in Orderly One to authorize a signer to act for the smart contract account. This lets your team retain shared control of the multisig wallet while enabling the signing needed for builder admin operations.
  3. Complete registration and any required delegation steps, then secure the Orderly keys issued during setup.
  4. Confirm that your admin account is registered. You can then manage builder settings and receive platform earnings through your admin account.
6

Confirm readiness and build

Confirm that your builder profile, broker ID, and admin account are set up and that your fee model is configured.
  • SDK builders: Follow the Integration Checklist to build, test, and deploy your frontend. See Building on Orderly for architecture and integration resources.
  • No-code builders: Finish configuring and deploying your DEX in Orderly One.

Optional

Testnet testing

Register separately on Orderly One Testnet to test your integration. Mainnet registration does not automatically register your builder on Testnet.

What it costs

  • Builder profile: Free to create.
  • Broker ID: A one-time $10 setup fee, payable in USDC, USDT, or ORDER, for both no-code and SDK builders.
  • Admin registration: Required to complete onboarding after the broker ID is created.
  • Ongoing trading fees: Orderly charges base trading fees according to your builder tier. Refer to Trading fees for current rates.
  • Development and operations: Custom frontend development and third-party operating costs are separate.

How you earn

Builders earn the difference between their platform’s trading fees and Orderly’s base fee. Your platform’s fee settings and builder tier determine that difference.
